Right to information

Your right is to ask the Company for information on what personal data and to what extent and for what purpose we process about you. We will provide you with this information free of charge within 30 days at the latest, and in emergency situations within 90 days at the latest. We will inform you about the extension of the deadline in emergency cases in a timely manner. If you request disclosure of the information we record about you, we will first need to verify that you are really the person to whom this information belongs. In your request, please provide sufficient identification of your person. If necessary, we have the right to request additional information to identify you before we provide you with the personal data we process about your person. Our right is then to reasonably reject requests for information that is unreasonable or unreasonably repetitive, or to obtain it requires unreasonable effort or would be difficult to obtain (typically from backups, archives, etc.).

Right to data portability

You have the right to obtain the personal data we record about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Based on your request, this data may be transferred to another controller.

Data updates, right to rectification

As personal data may change over time (e.g. change of surname), we will be happy if you inform us that there has been a change in your personal data, so that we have your personal data up-to-date and there are no possible errors. The submission of information about the change in your data is essential for us to be able to properly carry out our activities as a controller. This includes your right to rectify the personal data we record about you. If you find out that our data is no longer up-to-date, you have the right to request its rectification. If you believe that we do not process your personal data in accordance with the valid legislation of the Czech Republic and the Union, you have the right to object and we will subsequently check the validity of your request. At the time of filing the objection, the processing of your personal data will be limited until it is verified whether the objection is justified. Right to limit processing

You have the right to limit the processing of your personal data if you believe that the data recorded in this way is not accurate, or if we process it unlawfully and if you believe that we no longer need the data for the purposes of processing it.

Right to erasure

If you have ever given us consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to revoke it at any time, and we have the obligation to erase the data that we process solely on the basis of your consent. The right to erasure does not apply to the data processed under the obligation to fulfill the contract, for legal reasons, or for legitimate interests.
